Ocean Freight · Less-than-Container Load

International LCL shipping

Shipping less than a full container? With LCL consolidation you pay only for the space your cargo occupies — making international ocean freight practical and affordable for smaller and regular shipments.

Less-than-Container Load

Share a container, share the cost

LCL groups your cargo with goods from other shippers bound for the same destination, so you only pay for the volume you use. For shipments under roughly 15 cubic metres, it's often the most economical way to move freight internationally — and it keeps smaller, regular shipments flowing without waiting to fill a container.

How It Works

From your dock to the destination

1

Collection

Your cargo is collected and delivered to our Container Freight Station (CFS) for inspection and staging.

2

Consolidation

Goods from multiple shippers bound for the same destination are combined into a single container.

3

Ocean transit

The consolidated container sails on the vessel exactly like any full-container shipment.

4

Deconsolidation

At destination the container is unpacked and your cargo is separated and delivered to its final address.
